(especially for all kinds of goods from the product range fashion, garments, bags, accessoires, beauty, cosmetic, wellness, jewellery, health care, personal care, toys, stationary, interieur, office supply, decoration, garden supply, advertising & promotion items, novelities, ... 

Rooms are available on a short term rental agreement (even by days or hours) as well as for long term leasing.

Five different rooms in various sizes and to be individually adjusted, decorated and equipped with the interior according to your need (unfurnished or furnished  - e.g. chairs, tables, presentation space, yoga mats, meditation cusion, massage bed, CD-, DVD-, Video-Player, etc.).  For a virtual tour see the pictures in our "Fotoalbum" and go trough the other pages of the website (even the text is in German - there are pictures and a brief description of every room on the website).
Our smallest room is the approx 8 m2 "Tea-Room" for Single Consultation or sales negotiation, two Showrooms or Therapy Rooms with approx. 13 - 15 m2 are perfect for small product presentations or for treatments such as Massage, Shiatsu, Aroma Therapy, Aura Soma and similar Therapies and two Seminar Rooms from 26 to over 30 m2 to be used for Product presentation, sales meeting, demonatrations, Seminars, Group Therapy, Yoga, QiGong, etc. Our big Seminar Room with over 30 m2 is next to the kitchen (for the Snacks as well as for Cooking or Aroma Seminars) and one side can be completely opened to a 25m2 Terrace and the entire Garden. 

Therapy rooms are for rent anytime by hour, for single sessions - as well as for regular leasing by half days, days, evenings,... on monthy to annual base, -   also available are blocs for 10 sessions with duration of  2,5 - 3 - 5 hrs. (at various days and times) and a flexible 20 point - bloc to be used for up to 20 sessions with each 2 hrs. (weekdays daytime) which is also useable for evening and weekend sessions (just add a point for evening/night and/or weekend/holidays)
The total therapy area is also available for exclusive long term rental (annual rental of the half house).

The complete seminar area with its two seminar rooms ( - Garden Lounge & Kaminzimmer -), kitchen, restroom and the garden can also be used as a space for exhibitions, various partys such as birthday, marriage, anniversary, barbecue grill and other events - see details for Outdoor / Garden-Events here

The Seminar House is newly renovated and has all necessary Facilities (2 kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 restrooms) to guarantee you and your clients a convenient stay. 

The House was restored according to Feng Shui, has an very exclusive ambience, good mood and ooze positive energy.
Its surrounded by a beautiful Natural Garden with old trees, rich Vegetation and a big lawn which can be used for exercises, trainings or just for recreation.  
Expect a friendly welcome and a family managed seminar house meeting all your needs as a holistic therapist, spiritual or mental advisor / coach / trainer, natural doctor, esoteric or other healer working with free energy. 
 
Our leasing price depend on the room (size) and duration of the rental agreement (lenght of meeting, seminar or treatment) and range from as less as not even 5,- to 25,- Euro per hour. Please send your enquiry (stating requested room / place / size of room, type of show, treatment or seminar, rental datas, requested time, etc.) by mail to info@metamorphosys.info and we will send you an individual offer accordingly. We speak German and English. 

The Seminar Center is located in a nice, comfortable House surrounded by Vegetation, near to the Centre of  Vienna, the Recreation Area "Alte Donau" (Danube) and the VIC (Vienna International Centre / UNO-City). It is close to the City, easy to reach by Public Transportation (only 12 Minutes by U1 Subway from St. Stephans Cathedral) and easy to find by foreign Visitors (Exits to the International Highways and the Airport Highway are nearby). For your overnight stay there are 2 hotels within 200 Metre and many more in the neighbourhood.
